Hi there,
I think using Juvaderm Ultra Plus or another HA filler such as Volluma would work well on both the nasolabial folds AND the cheek area. Patients concerned about their nasolabial folds often inquire as to why we suggest adding filler to the cheeks. And the answer is, a good injector will look at your whole face, not just individual areas and adding a filler to the cheeks will not only make your cheekbones appear more defined, but it will help lift that skin around the mouth to reduce the nasolabial lines. I would suggest getting botox to help even out the eyes, with more administered to the droopier side (specifically to the medial and lateral brow). I hope that helps!
Sincerely,
Hannah Veal, PA-C
Hi Jessica,
I would recommend an HA filler, such as Volbella to help correct the asymmetry. While it could be temporarily helpful to inject Botox around the lips and mouth, it is injected in such small quantities that it wears off quickly, and secondly, it can affect the mobility of your mouth, making drinking out of a cup or straw difficult.
Coolsculpting costs range from $600-$1000 per treatment area. You may need multiple treatment areas, and most patients are happier with repeating the treatment(s) one additional time. That said, most practices offer packages where significant discounts can be given, as well as coupons through Allergan. You can also consider financing with companies like Greensky, etc. Considering the results that can be achieved with this non-invasive treatment, it is worth it!
