Longer review: I'm a tall skinny guy (BMI < 20), but I've always had a disproportionate paunch of fat on my abdomen that has annoyed me to no end and resisted all forms of exercise and diet. Coolsculping significantly reduced it. I still would've liked more, but it's better than nothing! I didn't see any noticeable results until at least 3 months in, so be patient. In retrospect, I might've considered a more definite procedure like laser liposuction, but I'm otherwise happy I did this.
I recently had Coolsculpting on my arms. The process was easy and Camie, the esthetician was awesome. I had two treatments. I certainly noticed a bigger difference after my second treatment. I am happy with results. I will certainly consider doing Coolsculpting again.
