if the procedure is done with o shot which is prp , it doesn't leave any mass behind. but because of the application process to the tissue, there may be some bleeding which may be collected underneath the mucosa at the vagina g spot area. this is called hematoma and will be resolved in 3 weeks.

laser hair removal is done on the pubis and the labia majora. o shot is done in the vagina and around the clitoris.
hair removal laser will not effect the oshot even the same day it may be done.

the tissue at the vaginal entrance just under the clitoris is urethral orifice. you might have polyp at the entrance of your urethra or a simple cyst maybe. that would be treated during the labiaplasty surgery.
ı would recommend you composite reduction labiaplasty which also corrects the clitoral area. I don't think it will cause any sensation or pain problem.
trimming method would not make you happy.

hello, I am performing profhilo more than 3 years and I also had for myself too.
it may cause slight welling but it should not be as bad as you describe. actually it will be very nice.
the only way I can make a correct comment for your situation is seeing the before and after photos.
profhilo will not last long. if you had in may till October it would be already resolved by your body.
