I have had the greatest experiences at Skin Deep! The staff is extremely professional and friendly. I have gone several times for lip injections by Nina. She is so gentle and knowledgeable. I recommend her to all my friends and family!

Ashley is very skilled, and I recommend her! However I got a very strange call from the office manager after I had flagged that I had asked for a Sculptra in the office, but was talked into using a similar alternative even though there was currently a buy 1, get one 50% off monthly promotion on Sculptra (I was unaware). I felt that this was a significant discount that I should have been made aware of when making the decision (this cost me like $400!). Anyway, the office manager called to try to get me to say without a doubt that this product/ pricing switcharoo was not intentional (how am I supposed to know?!) and that perhaps they shouldn't treat me if I wouldn't say I was SURE it was an accident on their part. So weird!! All I know is I should have stuck with my original request and saved the $400!!

I was "sold" over 6k in coolsculpting. VIO medspa told me they were running a special on coolsculpting. I wanted to get onearea to try it first, but thwy told me ifI didn't buy all the areas right then, that I wouldn't be eligible for the reduced price. They downplayed the possibility of getting PAH. They told me that they do this "all the time" and that they never had a case of PAH. I ended up getting PAH, and instead of bad results in one area, I have them on my arms, sides, stomach (upper and lower), and inner thighs. I truly believe their nain interest was selling me the procedure and getting my money. They started a case with allergan, and it wenton forever. I found outthat the woman who filed my case quit, and never completed what needed done with allergan. I have had many Dr. appointments and am still waiting to see if I am approved for liposuction on my inner thighs, chin, and arms by allergan. My stomach and sides are going to be coverd, but the only way to fix PAH is liposuction, and there is no guarantee that one procedure will cover the damage. Allergan makesyou sign a waiver and won't cover multiple procedures, even if that is necessary to get you returned to a pre-coolsculpting state. Coolsculpting ruined my body and I don't know if I am ever going to look the way I did before. It is definitely notworth the risk. There is also evidence that allergan did not disclose the real percentage rate of PAH due to coolsculpting. Read a similar story that happened to Linda Evangelista. Im left not even feeling comfortable looking in the mirror anymore, and thinking of dating again and showing someone this does not feel possible. PLEASE think twice before doing this to yourself. It has shattered my confidence by making areas disfugured and bigger, instead of smaller. And, there is no guarantee they will approve to have my chin, thighs, and upper arms fixed. I can't wear the same clothes anymore. Summer is uncomfortable, not fun. I can't wear shorts comfortably anymore, and a bikini is completely out of the question for me now. I am miserable.
