Narrowed down on this clinic due to the doc's certification & raving reviews of him being really polite & approachable ! But contrary to it, my experience with them was extremely humiliating !! My texts would be literally 'read ticked' with no reply! No basic ethics of, 'thankyou' or we 'shall get back' neither d doctor or his staff were interested in answering queries! They replied after a week only to act rude & cold ! They staff & the doctor gave me different quotes & on asking about the inclusions they got offended!! I barely asked 4, 5 questions & they acted triggered. The doctor seems courteous only to his USA UK, CELEB clients.. I have two things to say to them, UK US,local , commoner or celebrity is eventually going to pay the same for your services ! So why the 'selective respect' ? People from 1st world countries come to india only for inexpensive surguries & act question unconditionally..thats fairly ok ? But my quries on ICU backup.. inclusions in the package like medicine post op dressings, physical activity etc were deplorable? I was planning to do fillers, nano fat face & hair, lipo..bbl & a few other things with dr aniketh which would have amounted to lakhs of rupees.. But the staff acted like i was some charity case. I have had work done before from internationally renowned surgeons & everywhere they follow a standard protocol of things.. A page of what inclusive in d the package a proper breakup of charges..medicines we need to start the blood & fitness tests if any before surgery,post op care info etc.. Is shared without patients even having to ask for it ! Was expecting something along those lines from doctor aniketh since he is " board certified" well travelled highly qualified ! But their unprofessionalism & discriminatory attitude is so appalling !!
