You have the following options:
1) penile fillers to increase girth
2) invasive surgical procedures such as fat transfer, suspensory ligament release, silicone implants, alloderm insertion.
We do penile fillers which are safe, quick and natural appearing.
It is virtually impossible to add 2 inches to the length of the penis. Wirh surgery, which I don’t recommend due to high rate of complications, you might get 1 inch. Dermal filler will increase the girth easily which tends to be the attribute partners are looking for more than length.
I have not seen this as anything the fillers have been used for. I would contact a urologist and see if they are able to help.
Unfortunately most penis enlargement options will give you a "maximum" of about 1.5 inches in length. And to get that much length would require an implant which has a relatively high rate of dissatisfaction and complications necessitating eventual removal.
Fortunately, hyaluronic acid dermal filler is a good option to gain erect and flaccid girth and about 0.5-0.75 inches of flaccid length. It has a high safety profile and rate of patient satisfaction. Please contact our office directly if you have any further questions.
Phalloplasty using dermal fillers can be done with very little downtime. We ask that patients refrain from sexual activity and strenuous activity (like the gym) for 1 week otherwise there are very few restrictions. Patients go back to work and other activities immediately. Typically you could expect do gain a half to 3/4 an inch in length and 1 inch in girth.
