I have always been subconscious of my double chin. Trifecta Spa and Cool sculpting have not just changed my appearance the procedure has changed the way I feel about myself when looking at the mirror. It works! Now I need to do the rest of the body!
After doing a round of HCG, I lost weight but my shape still wasn't what I wanted. After one round of CoolSculting my lower stomach was significantly and noticeably smaller, my clothes fit better and best of all, the weight didn't come back in that area. I recommend this to ANYONE with stubborn fat areas. Whether its upper arms, lower or upper abdominal, or double chin; coolscupting is the best option with results seen in 3 months or less.
About 3 years ago, I started taking medication for an autoimmune disease. That medication made me swell up and gain weight. Since I've been off it for the past year, losing weight has been a struggle - especially in my face, chin, neck area. I decided to try CoolSculpting at Trifecta and I couldn't be happier. It really worked!! The procedure itself is a little uncomfortable but bearable. After a few weeks, I started to see results and I'm going back for my second session. Everyone I encountered at Trifecta is kind and knowledgeable and they are always offering deals on treatments. I can't wait to go back and see additional results.
I recently had the opportunity to try one of the newest technologies in med spa facials. I've been going to @trifectamedspa for years for microneedling, lip fillers and even Botox. I have gone to many NYC med spas and I can confirm, this is hands down my favorite . Not only are they extremely friendly and professional, they have always made me feel completely comfortable about the procedures I was having. They have 3 locations in Manhattan, but I always go to the Wall Street location on Broadway. The building is gorgeous, and the lobby is insta worthy. The office is bright and uplifting, with calm music softly playing. When you arrive, you'll be greeted by a friendly face and an offer for a tea or water.?? I was here this day to try one of the newest procedures: the GeneO+ 3-in-1 oxygen facial. What is this? It's a new procedure that includes exfoliation | Infusion | Oxygenation. They use a device that has Capsugen tablet on the end that rotates. This produces oxygen to go to the skin that helps exfoliate, renew, improve moisture retention, better absorption of nutrients and over all improvement of skin texture. ?? The esthetician brought me back to a dim room with soft music playing and a robe to change into. She left me to change and to get under the warm sheets. She came back and while I was nervous, her friendliness quickly calmed me. The procedure starts with a deep cleaning of my face. Then a layer of gel is applied and she prepares the oxygen tablet for use. The end of the device quickly turns and the tablet helps exfoliate and bring oxygen to the face. This did not hurt at all. After the time was up with the oxygen tablet, she cleansed again, then applied a rubberized mask. Did I mention I love rubber masks??? She left me alone to relax while this mask did it's magic. I almost fell asleep. Once the mask was removed, I touched my face... it felt so.damn.smooth. She applied some hyaluronic acid that seeped right in- and I was glowing! ?? I had zero down time with this procedure and I immediately took selfies! This procedure is perfect if you have an event coming up.
For me, coolsculpting works as wonder. I had my upper stomach done first and saw the result in only 6 weeks. So I decided to have another treatment on my love handle. But let me warm u, coolsculpting really hurts like hell!! After they removed the handle, my blood pressure drops intensely that I was dizzy and almost vomitted. The pain started at Day 4. I have to take gabapentin otherwise I could not sleep in night. Unlike liposuction (yeah I also have tried that), cool sculpting pain is from inside and harder to tolerate (I consider myself have high tolerate to pain cause I don't even feel the pain when I gave birth). More like a constantly pinch and sting and felt like something is broken inside. The pain will wear off in day 10. But then, the tickling kicks in lol. Very itchy from inside. The massage helped a little but still, not comfortable. Thank god it only lasts for like 3 or 4 days. I'm so glad to see the results that I am willing to do more treatment even it is painful and uncomfortable. But I also may switch to sculptsure bc I've heard that it feels more comfortable. I just want to warm u guys that the recovery from cool sculpting could be hard. Hope less people are experiencing the pain like I did. Updated on 17 Aug 2016: I had 3 treatments in total, two on abdominal area and one on stomach. The first one on stomach was very effective. But the other 2 is not as dramatic as the first one. I know it's only been 2 month for the left abdomen, maybe I should wait longer? Besides, for the right abdomen, I tried the new coolsculpting technology, which provides shorter treatment time and less uncomfortable. Like I said, the first two treatment is unbearable painful, but the new handle somehow eased the recovery nerve pain. I just hope they are both effective.
I've never been overweight but starting in high school I developed a slight double chin that will not go away no matter how thin I am. I found out about Coolsculpting a few weeks ago and decided it looked like a good option, particularly with the minimal recovery time. I went in for a consultation at Trifecta Med Spa and they determined I was a good candidate but would probably need two sessions. They give a 20% discount if you do two treatments and I figure I will probably need two, so I purchased them and had my first session yesterday. I was worried about bruising since I tend to bruise easily so I took arnica tablets the day before and the day of to try to help prevent it from getting too bad. The prep process was easy, just involved her tracing the outline for the suction piece, a numbing wipe, and then 10 minutes of some kind of skin protecting gel. My technician first had me in a sitting position and when she applied the suction piece it felt pretty uncomfortable and kept falling off any time I swallowed. She tried a number of different angles and after a while was starting to worry that I didn't have enough fat on the sides of my chin for it to adhere properly, but she finally tried putting me in a laying down position and although it was less comfortable than sitting, it finally stayed in place! The cooling starts off slowly so it's not a sudden rush of discomfort, and I never really felt that uncomfortable from the temperature at all, though it did get numb after about 10 minutes. Once the hour was up, the technician came back in and massaged the area for 2 minutes. It definitely felt tender but not terribly painful, it was mostly a pins and needles sensation from the sudden warmth and the blood coming back into the area. She applied some arnica gel, and then I could go home. The area was very red, but luckily I only ended up with one slight "hickey" type bruise on one side of my neck that wasn't very noticeable. The redness went away after about an hour, and I was able to cover up the bruise area pretty well with just a bit of concealer. Now it's day 2, and I really don't have any pain at all unless I poke the area directly or tilt my head significantly upward. I have an appointment for the second session 6 weeks from now, I'm hoping I'll already see some results by then! Updated on 8 Apr 2016: Here are some "before" photos Updated on 8 Apr 2016: I just finished my second coolsculpting session (it was recommended that I do two), and my experience was very similar to the first, in terms of what happened/how it felt. With 6 weeks having passed since my first session, I don't see any dramatic difference, but in the last week or so I have noticed that my double chin area feels a bit smaller. At the four week mark I didn't feel like there was any difference at all so I was feeling a bit skeptical, but now that I'm starting to see the first hints of results I'm much more hopeful. I don't think there is a visual difference perceptible to anyone but me probably so I don't have good photo evidence, but I do feel a slight difference. I'm hoping this second round and waiting for the full results for the first session will make a bigger improvement. It's hard to rate the effectiveness at this point, so for right now I would say that if there are no further improvements from what I see now, it wouldn't be worth the money, but if it continues to shrink over the next 1-2 months, it will be very worth it. I'll post another update once more time has gone by!

Once the fat cells have been killed they can’t grow back. However, other fat cells that were not removed during CoolSculpting can continue to expand, eliminating the results of CoolSculpting. Hello, Your liver can't "overload" from Coolsculpting as its a very safe procedure. It can cause minor local irritation and sometimes late onset pain, so I would recommend to check with you physician to see what else could cause your symptoms and to take some OTC medication to reduce local swelling and inflammation.

Hello and thank you for your question. You have naturally big lips and since you do not need more volume I would recommend to use .5CC syringe of Volbella- the latest HA filler from Allergan. It will make your lips looking smooth, natural with minimally enhancing your size.
