There are several fillers that can be used in this area that are long lasting. My preference would be using Restylane Lyft since it provides very good definition and lasts 12 to 18 months. I would not use anything that is permanent or semipermanent that could not be easily removed or dissolved. I hope this helps.
Yes. Good outcomes have been obtained by surgeons in different parts of the world and inmy own experience with low dose Accutane treatment started about three weeks preoperatively and continued for about three months postoperatively. It helps "thin" the skin and allows for better and quicker definition of the nasal tissues.
It is not easy to comment with just one photograph of your nose, but if you have concerns with the results of your rhinoplasty this is something that can be addressed through a revision operation. You will likely need some cartilage grafting in order to restore a better dorsal line and more strength to your nose. This is a correctable problem, talk with your surgeon or seek other opinions.
I am sorry tohear that youhave had problems with your rhinoplasty. I don't believe that you actually have a pollybeak deformity. There is, however, some residual swelling of your tip and this would not be uncommon after a second operation at this pint in time. Express your concerns to your surgeon and see what options may be beneficial for you. Maybe steroid or 5FU injections could be tried. I think your nose looks nice and still has some more healing to go through. I hope this helps.
