I had a intensive light photo facial done and I had a very bad experience. I had the initial consultation and they did a test to make sure that my skin did not blister. However, when I went in for the actual procedure I had a very bad experience. I was brought in an hour prior to the procedure and I was put in a room and they but a numbing cream on my face. After an hour I was brought into the doctor's office and they proceeded to do the treatment. They numbing cream did not work. The procedure was very painful and I felt as if they should have known something was wrong. After I suffered through this procedure and I left to go home, an hour later big blisters came up on my face. My face also swelled up and it was very uncomfortable. I was brought back into the office and given a cream for the blister. That cream did not prevent a scar from developing on my face. I have been left with a scar on my face from the blister.
