The Retreat is Top Notch

I've received several treatments now, ranging from dysport and daxxify to filler in several areas. Diana is the best. She is an R.N and extremely knowledgeable about treatments and what will look best. You can discuss your thoughts with her and she knows what exactly to do while consulting with you on what you are looking for. They always have great specials and perform many other services. The whole office, beginning with Isabella at the front, is phenomenal. 10/10 would always recommend and refer.

Love how my lips look and I was so happy with my cheekbones!

I've been a few times and, recently for filler, specifically lips, with Diana. She has previously done my neurotoxins as well as filler in my cheekbones and other small areas. Diana is amazing. I love how she listens and studies the face. She is a true artist and highly skilled. I would never use anyone else. I love how my lips look and I was so happy with my cheekbones! The office performs many different services and everyone is wonderful from the amazing front desk to the providers. We've recently tried NAD injections which are amazing, as well. They also have several different specials throughout the year!

Diana injected my lips and she made me feel so comfortable

I am SUCH A WIMP! This place is awesome. Diana injected my lips and she made me feel so comfortable. I was terrified and now this is my third time here and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They have excellent IV’s for recovery as well. Planning on doing some Morpheus for my neck soon. They can meet all of your needs quickly, no long waits to get in. What a gem of a place!!!!!

Worst Mistake of my Life.

Last year, before my 40th birthday, I decided to treat myself to a procedure, which isn't something I usually do. I initially wanted a consultation for someone to look at my smile lines and advise me on what I should do. However, I was booked in for an injector slot, so the treatment was filler. Even though the injector mentioned other procedures, when I asked if they might be better, she said no. Then, during the injection, she mentioned it was her least favorite area, which should have made me get up and decline the service but I trusted a professional. Despite assurances that I would be fine by my birthday party, I remained with lumps on the side of my face that wouldn't go down. When I addressed my concerns, I was advised to come in and get it dissolved. She did mention I might experience a little pain. However, that night, my face felt like it was on fire. This led me to research what was injected into my face, uncovering some pretty unpleasant things. Despite suggestions to come in for more dissolver, I declined out of fear. I didn’t really think anything bad would happen, but I didn’t want to further risk it. Over the next few days, I noticed significant changes in my skin, with laxity and volume loss in my cheeks. I sent in a video clearly depicting issues and I was ignored. This was after being previously ignored when I asked for my medical records. So I face up, out my tail between my legs and moved on. I waited four months to seek additional treatment, hoping my face would heal. It didn’t. I've since spent around $8000, maybe $8500, trying to fix it, with no success. Now, at 40, almost 41, I’m getting consults with plastic surgeons suggesting facelifts and grafting to resolve this. I haven’t gotten so much as apology from the provider. I did however get a lie. In February I again asked for my medical records and I got sent diagram of a face with things written on it.. I would bet my last dollar she just filled out that day. I don’t think this woman has any idea how much hyaluronidase she injected into my face. And what is even .10? I have only ever heard hyaluronidase referred to in units- example 150 units. And though I may never know how much she used, I know at the very least she’s lying, because according to her “records” she put an equal amount on both sides. I know thats absolutely not true. At the end of that visit , she came back to my left side and said “I just want add more to make sure it’s all gone so you don’t have to come back.” I thought I was just going in for something minor, but it has turned into a nightmare with a profound effect on my life. So now I’m looking at spending probably $20,000 or more to fix a $700 treatment. It is so maddening, they should not only refund my $700 they should pay for everything I’ve had to spend and we have to spend to fix this! it is awful what this industry can do to people with no accountability. And before anybody tries to tell me that this is not possible; hyaluronidase is an enzyme that comes from the testicles- it’s function is to break down tissue to allow the sperm to get into the egg. So to assert that this enzyme would somehow prefer synthetic filler over biological tissue seems counterintuitive. We have to stop telling people this is impossible! I’ve seen it all over the Internet. And only a few surgeons are just now coming forward, writing papers and admitting that they know.. that they’ve seen first hand, that dissolver is damaging people. Whats worse than being harmed? Being gaslit that it isn’t possible. hyaluronidase is being used off label and it is harming people. Does it work as intended many times with little to no consequences? Yes- in the right hands. Is it a good tool to have especially if somebody goes blind from misplaced filler?? Absolutely! Should someone who doesn’t know what they’re doing be using this?? no…Especially if they don’t understand the power of it and the damage that can be done.
