It's barely bearable and feels more like someone cutting into your skin with a hot knife. I am getting my half sleeve tattoo removed. I just had my first session with PicoWay and it was very painful with numbing cream.This is day number 2 and my arm is completely swollen. I need to wear it in a sling because it hurts with gravity pulling on it. But I paid for 6 sessions and I really want it gone so I am going to just suffer through it. It wouldn't be as bad if it was for a small tattoo, but my large tattoo yields a traumatic experience. Maybe I'll upload some photos.
