Beware!!! BURNS and BLISTERS after IPL. If you are considering IPL seek someone competent! This place will leave your skin with burns and blisters that will result in scars and white patches. I had my IPL done on my chest, shoulders and arms. Chest is ok, but my shoulders and arms are messed up now because of incompetent people who performed this treatment on me. My arm was so badly burned and blistered that it took few days for pain to go away,  I couldn't  sleep for
