I had a labiaplasty performed by Dr. Warren 6 weeks ago. This is something I have contemplated for years, mainly because of physical discomfort (tugging/pulling in underwear, during sleep, during intercourse) but also aesthetically I wasn't totally comfortable with how I looked either.
