I am 5’5, 131lbs, and 38 years old. 3 kiddos under my belt. I run 3-4 miles about 3-4 times a week, & intentionally stay active. I have always had a soft flabby belly, even at my absolute lowest weight. I’ve been around this same 126-132lbs since high school & in size 2-4 jeans, but almost always have a tire that hangs over. I measure a 30inch waist!!! But if I wore jeans that were 30’s, my lower body would look awkward. Sooo... I purchased 4 of the medium applicators
