I couldn't get rid of my love handles no matter what I did. I lost 20 pounds with diet and exercise, but still my love handles were there! So I decided to give coolsculpting a try. It's been 2 months since the procedure and very happy with the results. I do lead a healthy lifestyle, I work out at least 6 times a week and I really monitor my calorie intake. I was told I won't see full result till 2 to 4 months after; after 2 months I'm very pleased and hoping that in the next 2 months my results will improve a little more. The procedure itself was not painful at all, just a little uncomfortable. I got some minor bruises that were gone within a couple of weeks; however I was very itchy for the first couple of weeks after the procedure. If you have tried everything to reduce the love handles and nothing works I would highly recommend coolsculpting!
