During the treatment you don’t feel much but after the treatment my underarm area was swollen like crazy. For 2 days I iced the area very often which made a huge difference but after 3 days I went back to the gym and did some light workout. Is really uncomfortable since you feel like you have 2 golf balls under your arms. For 2 weeks to a month I was swollen and it caused some minor nerve damage as well. Some areas of my arms were numb but in a few months it got back to normal . Not an easy recovery but worth all the money. I am still sweating a little but not dripping or getting uncomfortable. I might do another Miradry in a year . Best treatment ever . F** Botox I spent a ton of $ on it all these years
