I had my treatment in March and I’m not gonna lie it wasn’t the most pleasant. During the treatment you don’t feel much but after the treatment my underarm area was swollen like crazy. For 2 days I iced the area very often which made a huge difference but after 3 days I went back to the gym and did some light workout. Is really uncomfortable since you feel like you have 2 golf balls under your arms. For 2 weeks to a month I was swollen and it caused some minor nerve damage as well. Some areas of my arms were numb but in a few months it got back to normal . Not an easy recovery but worth all the money. I am still sweating a little but not dripping or getting uncomfortable. I might do another Miradry in a year . Best treatment ever . F** Botox I spent a ton of $ on it all these years
