The surgery went very well - feel amazing after 2 weeks
SSB has been a great experience for me from beginning to end. I started out having my consultation with Brooke for a tummy tuck and Lipo and it went perfectly. I did my due diligence before booking this doctor. It better be worth it.
I've been researching lipo for at least 2-3 years. I finally decided to get a consultation and the price I was quoted... insane! I had only seen those prices in Beverly Hills, literally. I was shocked to say the least. Then I decided to consult with 2nd best in my opinion. The price was 1/3 of my prior quote. I definitely made sure I did my due diligence before booking this doctor. So far everything is going smoothly.

My liposuction looks pretty good but the BBL is not so good
I chose Smart Shape and Dr. Fig because I liked his BBL pics. The office and staff is definitely unorganized, the address listed on their website is wrong (he's actually in a cramped 2nd floor space on MLK) and they overbooked because I waited an hour past my consultation time.
However, Dr. Figuredo seemed nice when I met him and he seemed confident he could give me what I was looking for, so I booked the appointment.

360 Liposuction and JPlasma
I had 360 Liposuction and JPlasma with Dr. Fig while he was at SmartBody, and my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. I went in hopeful and followed all of his post-operative instructions to the letter, including purchasing 4 massage packages (32 sessions) and wearing a Faja for over a year. Unfortunately, the results were disastrous. My stomach is now full of fibrosis, and I have significant dark pigmentation—issues that I never had before surgery.

On Aug 24 I had “lipo, BBL, j plasma” and it looks TERRIBLE. Every single part of this experience has been horrible. I was originally scheduled on August 25 for a Mommy Makeover, In the plan was to go back for the BBL and lipo. 48 hours before my surgery they decided that they didn’t think I needed a tummy tuck, and told me they were completely switching my surgery and my surgeon (whom I had never met). Last minute scramble to have a consultation with a completely different surgeon

This place is horrific, I weighed 140lbs, had a bbl & my stomach is lumpy, it looks awful. Bad liposuction can result in a bumpy or lumpy appearance. I did my part & wore my faja, did the massages but nothing helped, SSB refused to assist me, their motto should be profits over patients. Once they get your money you are on your own, they will ignore you & give you the runaround. Please research this place before doing any business with them, a BBL has a fatality rate

Horrible - run fast!!

My experience with Smart Shape Body, Dr. Fig and Dr. Luria was less than stellar. I had Lipo 360 and inner thigh lipo with BL/BA on the morning of February 23, 2021. Unfortunately, by that evening I was in the ICU, having been transported their via ambulance from the SSB facility. While there I had to receive several blood transfusions after my blood pressure and hemoglobin levels dropped FATALLY low. I would not recommend this crazy place. Its on the lower side of all surgery facilities. You will be waiting for hours while they double and maybe triple book your appointment. I went ahead with the BBL experience without researching other Doctors and facilities. It was awful! Not only did it all go away after 3-6 months but I got an infection! This is not the place for people who want top service , care and results. The post care was not there and Jordan tried to resale me another
