Hi Rachel_b,
You're correct definitely not bunny lines, by the picture you posted it seems you have some hollowing of your tear troughs. I typically use Restylane and/or Restylane Lyft for this area, both of these products are hyaluronic acid based fillers.
Thanks for you question. I suggest that you see your provider to either massage it or reverse it with hylenex.
It can be a delayed inflammation response from Vollure. If it is a delayed inflammation response it most likely won't improve until it is dissolved.
I hope that helps. Good luck
You look very young from the photo's. I think sculptra would be a good choice for you to accomplish what you are looking for. Facelifts do not give you fullness. Facelifts will lift laxity tissue only. When tissue is relocated to the proper position it may give you a more full appearance, but won't give you something you did not have before. Therefore sculptra is a better choice for you.
Cost will vary and ranges from 800.00 to 1000.00 per vial. You will need 2-6 treatments with 1-2 vials per appointment.
Reasoning for varying cost is that stimulation of collagen will be different from patient to patient. Therefore how many vials are used is based on an individuals response to treatment. The younger and the better lifestyle of the patient - can yield better results.
Collagen is produced by fibroblast cells. As we age, there is an accumulation of senescence cells (i.e. cells that are non-functioning) therefore they cannot synthesize collagen anymore. The amount of senescence cells in ones tissue will vary. Age, lifestyle, and the amount of exposure to pollution and sun, genetics, and stress are the varying factors.
Again, Age, lifestyle and health of the individual will also determine how long the results will last. Typically results from sculptra can last 1-3 years.
Take your antioxidants...... supplements can help in creating longer lasting collagen (i.e. antioxidants neutralizes free radicals, therefore preventing the premature destruction of collagen fibers)
hope this helps, wishing you the best.
