It was my first visit and time having acne treatment and I was totally disappointed. Firstly, from a call booking for an appointment, I told I needed help as I was having recent acne and I was all booked. Upon arrival, there was a lack of interest in my case, as I noticed that more attention was giving to those that required cosmetic surgery. I filled the forms given, stating products I used and then saw a doctor (I think because she didn't introduce herself) and ushered me to a room. She didn't discuss my details as filled in form, instead put me under a surgical lamp, recommended a facial and then we went through the process. She did well explaining all the steps during the course of the facial, but was a little irritated by all my questions (I innocently was asking, giving it was my first ever facial experience) and when she was done, she was quick to grab her phone. I was shocked and asked her is that all? No after care recommendations etc. without looking at me she said that's it you can go! No discussions on my products and if they were suitable to continue with. My face ended damaged and so bad post the facial that I had to go somewhere else to correct it. This company's service was top notch and so far I am happy, especially with the after care (a leaflet is given and is discussed with a doctor before leaving!). Sadly I also met someone who had same bad experience at skin101, and complained and she got a free treatment to fix it. Till this moment, I never got a follow up call etc. I still am very disappointed by Skin101 because they were my first choice and did not bother returning there to complain because being a Nigerian company, I am certain they wouldn't let me see management and my complaint might be buried at the reception. I do hope that the management gets to see this so that they adjust and do not lose their skin issues-related client in this sudden attention given to only cosmetic surgery clients.
