Completely destroyed the left side of my face. I went in to have an oil gland/line removed from my upper left cheek and the PA started to spray the left side of my face. I'm thinking he was sanitizing my face. He sprayed cryotherapy on it leaving my face burnt and melted!!! He insisted I had skin cancer!!! How do you confuse an oil gland removal with skin cancer when you confirmed the purpose of the appt several times!
