Pico Way Resolve laser is a state of the art option for addressing acne scars, sun damage, tone, tightness of pores and fine lines / wrinkles.

At our practice, we are excited to be able to offer such a unique and effective laser using "pico second" technology in the form of treating skin with soundwaves.  Since many practices do not have Pico Way, it is possible that another practice may suggest  Fraxel dual.  

One of the many benefits of the Pico Way is it's ability to effectively treat with such minimum downtime due to the mechanism of action in the sound waves as opposed to dermal heating of the skin.  Additionally, since it uses picoseconds which are super fast and shorter pulse durations, the treatment is quick and easy with not much downtime.

My patients love the Resolve laser treatments and we have developed quite a happy following and high return rates with patients consistently coming back for more sessions.  The Resolve treatment has a 1064nm and 532nm wavelength with each treating different issues and when combined, result in higher then predicted outcomes.  We do recommend 3-4 treatments at monthly intervals.
