I would recommend seeing an Oculoplastic surgeon for a tarsorrhaphy procedure. It has very few risks - rare complications include minor eyelid swelling and possible infection. Pain typically subsides with Tylenol.
I would consider instalift, as your skin/face is thin and filler might look lumpy. These threads last about 2 years!
I would certainly start with filler, more-so on the left side, as that line is deeper. Seeing a licensed injector is important in this case because you want to make sure the filler they pick does not make your cheek look "overfull" or bumpy.
I would start with filler first, to fill the upper lip. Though, filler does not always help fix a "disappearing smile", the filler can then be amplified by a "Botox Lip Flip".
Swelling/lumps are very normal. You always want to make sure you go to a licensed professional, especially when getting filler. I would give at least 2 weeks to see if the swelling subsides, though the "lumps" may remain.
Getting filler dissolved is always an option!
