I met with Dr. Gordan regarding Eyelid surgery and immediately knew he was the Dr for me. Dr. Gordan is highly skilled, professional, and knowledgeable. Moreover, he makes personalized recommendations for his patients. For me, Erbium Laser and returning to him for fillers( he's a master) in the area after the swelling reduced. The single best thing about my surgery is the natural look. I was told what to expect before the surgery was performed, I had answers to my questions immediately. Dr. made honest recommendations for supplies I would need on hand for use before and after the Surgery. I highly recommend using Arnica pellets (prevents bruising) 2 weeks prior and get a SwissTherapy Reuseable eye mask for recovery (worth $$$). The procedure went smoothly and with little discomfort, virtually no pain, under the local anesthesia, discomfort for the first few days, and tightness, which is to be expected. The eyelid sutures are a bit frightening to see, but things improved quite dramatically each day. Expect a lot of manageable wound management at home for the first few days (Laser). Eyelids and surrounding area swollen after stitches come out, but you can be in public. Laser recovery 7 days depending on the procedure. The results are fantastic and more than I hoped for. Finally, both Dr. Gordan and the surgery staff are caring, engaging, and professional. I also appreciated the attentive care and follow-up after surgery to ensure all healed properly and I was pleased with the results. I’m very pleased.
I would recommend seeing an Oculoplastic surgeon for a tarsorrhaphy procedure. It has very few risks - rare complications include minor eyelid swelling and possible infection. Pain typically subsides with Tylenol.
I would consider instalift, as your skin/face is thin and filler might look lumpy. These threads last about 2 years!
I would certainly start with filler, more-so on the left side, as that line is deeper. Seeing a licensed injector is important in this case because you want to make sure the filler they pick does not make your cheek look "overfull" or bumpy.
I would absolutely recommend botox, we call this "baby botox", as you are injecting at a young age, you are preventing that wrinkle from ever actually forming! As for under your eyes, you want to make sure you go to a surgeon, as filler under the eyes can be dangerous! If performed by a reputable provider, precise placement lowers your risk of any danger or migration of the filler.
Have you tried the drop 'upneeq'? it does lift the lift however in your case, your eyelids are symmetric and there is just hollowness of the right upper eyelid area; this could be fixed with filler or fat transfer to the upper lid; unfortunately this is a surgical procedure.
