 firstly voluma should never be injected into the lip and secondly you should dissolve the lump as after this time its not going anywhere. You should have it dissolved. Either by your injector or someone else.

 Botox is a very precise product and will only affect eh muscles you are injecting. it will not affect you your infection or the medication you are on.

 Lumps that persist for 2 weeks usually mean that the filler was injected too superficially or too much in the point . The only way to remove it at this stage is by dissolving it.
