Nia is the best! I am so grateful to have found someone as talented as her. She really knows what she is doing, and has made such a difference in my face. She truly listens and is realistic with expectations. I will not go to anyone else. Serenity Med Spa is great, I love my girl at the front desk with Orange/Red hair she is awesome. Her name starts with a D I think. Nia and her put a smile on my face. I always leave happy. My whole experience is a 5 star experience. Thank you everyone at Serenity Medspa! I discovered Nia from Instagram and thats how I was able to find out where she worked and I booked an appointment. If you book with Nia, you will not regret it. Nia is fantastic and talented! I will be a patient of Nia's for years to come. Thank you! Nia has done Voluma, and Botox on me. Serenity Medspa botox price is sooooo worth it. What a rip off some of these places charge in San Francisco. It is straight up robbery. Serenity Medspa isn't like that, I have been ripped off before coming here so I am truly happy to be paying the correct price for things. Nia and I did Voluma we have done 4 syringes of it and Botox we have done well over 350 units (This is multiple full face treatment including masseter, and every facial muscle we do). She cured my TMJ, I was left abandoned from my previous practitioner and Nia truly fixed things for me and made me feel so much better look wise and internally as well. I have had 3 appointments so far March 1st, April 1st, June 3rd. I am now a dedicated patient of hers. Again thank you so much Nia!
Terrible. I received ACell+PRP microneedling for hair loss. The initial consult was fine but never trust a doctor who's face is jacked up from plastic surgery. The procedure and price were explained differently. The procedure itself was painful due to the half ass nerve block done by the RN. I told the MD I was still feeling a lot of pain but was quickly disregarded. My scalp was not sterilized like explained to me prior and the doctor was out of the room in 2 minutes while the RN performed a majority of the procedures. When it came time for billing it was nearly twice as much as discussed. A week later I still had a lot of discomfort and swelling to the scalp. It has been 3 months and I still have hard lumps throughout my scalp that aren't reducing in size. I have seen no improvement in my hair loss if anything I had increased shedding. The worst part is I had a nicely shaped scalp before this and now I have a lumpy head. I wasted $2,500 and have a botched scalp to show for it.
