I would suggest smoothing out the brow bone, lowering your hairline, and reducing the size of your cheekbones. Depending on how much swelling and bruising you have, you may only need to take about a week off of work. A Skype consultation would be helpful to give you any more specific recommendations.

I have quite a few patients come into my office with this exact issue. So much so that I came up with a Slim and Sculpt package which will likely help you as well. There are two major issues that I can see in your photo. One is fullness on the lower half of your face as well as loose skin. It looks like you are very thin already, but facial fat distribution doesn't always coincide with the rest of the body. The package I suggested includes buccal fat pad excision, radiofrequency skin tightening with Facetite, and botox to the back of the jaw to slim that area. I can't see the back of the jaw in your photo, so I can't give you specific recommendations on that.
In addition, I would fill in the top part of your cheeks either will fillers or fat.
Best of luck to you,

The most powerful procedure you can do to look feminine is adjusting the upper third of the face. This means lowering the hairline, raising the eyebrows, and setting the brow bone back. If you have to pick just one surgery start with this. The other things I would suggest, based on your photos, are a rhinoplasty, cheek implants, a lip lift with augmentation, chin contouring, and a trach shave. A good place to start is going ahead and doing laser hair removal while you are saving up for any surgical procedures you are planning. Since your hair is light you will probably need to opt for electrolysis instead of laser hair removal.
Best of luck to you,

It is difficult to tell from your photos, but you may have some excess skin of your upper eyelids that, when trimmed, will help to make your eyes look larger. What I can't determine is whether you have something called upper eyelid ptosis. Ptosis is when the muscle that opens the upper eyelid is weak which can be for a number of reasons. It would be better to see someone for an in-person evaluation to determine what procedure would be best.
Best of luck to you,
