Bit of background first, I've had botox and fillers in past. I am 54 and have a thin sagging face. My husband constantly says I look too thin in the face....thanks!! Had been to see Domonic Bray about surgery, but I felt too nervous to have anything so major. Happened to see Anthea Turner on Antiques Roadshow and thought...she MUST have had stuff done on her face as she looked amazing. At least she's straight and honest and admits to it..hence finding River Aesthetics. Saw Victoria Manning and immediately felt comfortable and in good hands. When I then arrived for the Ellanse procedure I was actually excited! The procedure was fine, uncomfortable - ish at a few points, but that's it. Had a couple of bruises on my face afterwards, but was back at work the next day. Apparently it takes 3 months to take full effect but I do look better. I think I need further work (as Victoria says, she's prefer to inject on the cautious side and can always add later). I honestly can say if you girls want to improve your face, just do it! I would drop photos but Victoria took them!

I was meaning to write my review of my experiences with the River Aesthetics Cosmetic Medicine Clinic for a very long and finally I will combine all my visits in one review. I am a type of person likes to experiment with different technics and new procedures in the esthetic cosmetics and even surgery and I have been to a lot of places here in the UK and abroad but my experience with Dr. Victoria Manning and Dr. Charlotte Woodward is the most memorable and satisfying. I had silhouette soft procedure done about 4-5 years ago to contouring and lift my cheek area. I have to say regardless of the track record of the lasting effect statistically given for the Silhouette soft procedure I still have a firm and lifted cheek area after all this time. I also had fillers in my cheeks done by Dr. Charlotte Woodward that was very satisfactory, because I have different fillers done by different practitioners I cannot say that here treatment lasted longer than others but it was with the best result. There wasn't any unevenness in the cheeks as it happened with some other practitioners. This year I had Silhouette soft on my lower jaw and neck area done by Dr. Victoria Manning and it is very satisfactory. I expect this to last as long as my previous Silhouette soft procedure. As I said above, I have been in a lot of places but visiting River Aesthetics is very pleasurable and is like visiting friends with whom you could discuss your most secret insecurities and ask for honest advice. They have never criticised the work of any other practitioners and doctors I have been to and even complimented their work if the procedures were done with natural results. And of course the prices... We all looking for the best deals and sometimes make mistakes of going to places just because they are slightly cheaper but I have to say, I have never been overcharged for the results I have got from River Aesthetics, on a contrary, I have always been given a reduced price than the procedure actually costs and I am not a regular client as I said, I have been with them only 3 times and few consultations prior to the treatments. I can highly recommend their practice but secretly hope they will not get som famous and live New Forest area.
