I am 31 years old and had early signs of aging in the lower half of my face which included jowling. With the type of jaw structure I have, the amount of jowling contributed to a masculine appearance. Despite my young age, I was routinely assumed much older and this has contributed to some difficulty in social situations with peers of my same age group.
