I wanted to write a review because I spoke with the owner, Cresenta on February 21, 2019 to let her know that I was really upset about the procedure I received in June 2018. I scheduled for a HydraFacial, which I had done A LOT of research on and was excited to get this facial done. It was just what I wanted with cleaning the pores and helping reduce my pores also. This was as I was told on the phone about $130.00 procedure. When I arrived for my appt, that had me fill out all this paper work which was concentrating on my problem areas. Of course, I filled it out, but once I got back to Liberty, she told me that I needed to have a Icon Laser which is a procedure that is done in 3 stages and the cost is $2500.00. She had me so convinced that this is the procedure I needed to address what I needed, not the HydraFacial. Now, I explained I was taking a trip to Belize late June and she assured me it was ok. Now I would not be able to return to have the other two until late October or November. Liberty also informed me that this procedure would only cause 2-3 days of redness. Well, I had redness for 2 weeks and my face was on fire for the 2 weeks. I had a blemish on my face and she assured me also, this would be gone. None of this happened. This is when I called Cresenta on the mentioned date above. She looked at everything and she even informed me that these types of laser are not really performed during this time of year, since people are taking trips and outside a lot. I told her I wanted a refund and she informed me she was going to look into the matter...She called the following day which is Friday, February 22, 2019 to inform me that she would not refund my money and that my receipt said I have 6 months to finish procedure, (which no one informed me that this was to be finished in 6 months not the receptionist or Liberty), which she was going to email the receipt, but I have yet to receive the receipt . She told me I could come and figure out what they could provide me. I told her I wanted my money back as I should have received the HydraFacial like I went in for. I didn't want something that was so aggressive especially since I was going to be vacationing in Belize. I would like for Cresenta to send me a check for the unused portion as I should get that back. This is my hard earned money. I should have just went to Dr. Malouf.
