How soon can I return to work after getting Moxi treatments?

Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)

One may return to work right away! Moxi is considered a non ablative laser procedure with no downtime. Occasionally there can be some swelling in some patients for 1-2 days although nothing that a little makeup can't fix. For the next five days, one can expect roughness and hyperpigmentations on the treated skin, eventually they will flake off and reveal a fresh layer of skin.

How does Moxi differ from BBL?

Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)

Moxi is a laser whereas BBL is a light. Moxi is great for melasma and post procedure hyperpigmentation. BBL for hyperpigmentation and rocesea. Together they are a unbearable combination for skin rejuvenation.

Does Microneedling actually help you grow collagen?

Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)

Yes, studies show that controlled injury to the dermal layer of the skin causes collagen regeneration and remodeling. It makes the skin thicker, tighter and healthier. If you could add radio frequency to microneedling (Scarlet RF Microneedling) and or platelet rich plasma to the injured skin, the results are even more superior.

Can Moxi and BroadBand Light be performed on the same day or is it best to space out the procedures?

Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)

Moxi and BBL can be done the same day. They are usually done in this order, BBL then Moxi, for superior results.
