I decided to do TruSculpt Flex to increase my muscle mass and assist me in accelerating my workouts. I am doing 12 sessions in total. Six of the sessions on my front and six of the sessions on my back.The front sessions include my thighs abdomen and triceps.The back sessions include my butt and my quads. Updated on 16 Mar 2021: The first treatment I did five days ago and that was the prep mode. While it wasn’t painful I could feel the muscle stretching and it was an unusual feeling. Several days later (yesterday) I did my second treatment —this time on tone mode and it was 45 minutes of different sensations and working of the muscles. You have to try to get up as high as you can, in terms of levels to try to max out how much working of the muscles can be done. I got up to the 30s (0-100) in this particular session. I do strength training and cardio every day -so that can have an affect on how high you can go. I am going to be measuring my muscle and other statistics every few days and posting it.
