I love everyone at Reflections. The staff is always so welcoming & answer all my questions honestly so I can have realistic expectations. Christina always does a great job with my dysport, which not only helps me feel better about those fine lines but relaxes my face, where I generally hold a lot of tension. Holly is also great & has treated my spider veins with schlerotherapy a few times.

Donna my nurse was awesome. Great spa. Clean and invigorating, was welcomed warmly and treated well. Love the results from my Dysport. Had it before but Donna injected me perfectly where my results are better than other prior sessions I had at other salons. This woman knows her craft and she gave me dining suggestions around town. Dr G is a great surgeon. Awesome personality. I definitely feel comfortable around him. I’ve had no issues with anything. I’ve already scheduled my next procedures with him. Amazing staff! I look forward to many more enhancements!

After losing some weight & still carrying some extra chin, I wanted to get something to tighten up my chin & jawline. Dr. Gusching recommended Renuvion &/or Morpheus 8. We went with the Renuvion & still may do Morpheus 8 in the future. There has been more improvement since this 8month post op pic. I’m happy with the results & with Dr. Gusching & his staff. They were patient with me through my anxiety about everything & were very prompt at addressing my concerns & questions.

So, I had intended to review my experience with Breast Augmentation earlier but was motivated to complete my review when I was made aware of the “review 500” drawing I had never been put to sleep for any procedure ever in my 48 years of life prior to this experience. I was very anxious about having surgery but breast augmentation was very important to me so I took a leap of faith and trusted Dr. G along with his staff at the surgery center of Reflections’s medical spa in Cartersville, GA The surgery was a breeze and I had a positive outlook about what the future would look like for me and my enhanced look. I say it’s a process because these “ gummy bear “ implants took their sweet time to descend into place. Hours of massaging and scar ointment and just about 24 hour sports bras and limited ability to exercise in the way I was accustomed was not enjoyable. I stayed motivated with the encouragement of Dr. G and the gradual coming to their own ( my new beautiful breasts) I struggled with the slower dropping of my right implant and being diagnosed with capsular contracture. That was scary and disheartening as I am healthy and had a very very low risk of getting contracture. Dr. G kept me positive and encouraged. I am 6 months post augmentation. I take singulair daily along with vitamin E and milk thistle. I massage regularly and I have purchased Celluma light therapy which I do at home daily under the guidance of Dr. G I have had success and I am more and more excited about my new breasts and the way I feel about myself. I would recommend Dr G with 100% confidence to everyone. I could not have dreamed up a better team ! The process continues but progress is being made. I would do it all again in a heartbeat. Updated on 7 Nov 2022: So I've been using the light therapy along with the vitamin E, Milk Thistle, and Singulair for 6 weeks. I have made slightly more progress resolving the capsular contracture that I am experiencing in my right breast. Dr. G continues to encourage me. I feel that if nothing improves from this point forward, I still would not change a thing. I am quite happy with my breast augmentation and would very confidently recommend Dr. G and the team at Reflections. Dr. G recommends that I continue with my supplements, medicine, and light therapy for 2 more months. I will then see him again for a follow-up visit. I am very optimistic as the process continues. Updated on 6 Jan 2023: 9 Months Post Augmentation now. Whew it has been a journey. Super pleased with the results and the staff at Reflections. I have completed my light therapy finally. Today was my last post check up with Dr. G. He continues to be very encouraging. I will continue with the Vitamin E and milk thistle probably for ever more. The contracture in my right breast is barely visible. The ladies are looking quite fabulous and as I stated before, I would definitely have this procedure again and feel very comfortable referring Dr. G and his team for any cosmetic surgery. I plan to follow his recommendations going forward ( i.e. wearing good supportive bras even at night, massaging and not focusing workouts on the chest muscles) Hoping to love my new look daily as i progress in age ( gravity will always win I am told :)) and will always chose Dr. G for any further cosmetic treatment. Wonderful experience and titled in my initial post : It is a process Updated on 20 Mar 2023: I cannot believe it has been almost a year! I am so thrilled with my new look. I absolutely love my new breasts. I recommend the procedure and believe that making this investment in one's self ( if you have been on the fence) is essential to overall wellbeing. The uplift in self esteem alone is valuable. Finding the right surgeon is critical and I believe I have found the perfect Dr. at Reflections Med Spa in Cartersville, GA. I have been enjoying shopping for new clothes that show off this new beautiful cleavage . Scaring is barely visible. My breasts are feeling very natural and they have come into their own . I would do this again and again. Completely thrilled !

2 months ago I did extensive research on plastic surgeons. I researched a few some friends recommended but none of them sat well with me. I narrowed it down to three with Dr.Gusching being my top pick. I scheduled the three consultations. I had one over the phone that was really rushed and didnt feel personable. Dr.Gusching was my second. Initially I spoke with Kaylee who got back with me to set everything up. I received a text confirming my time immediately after hanging up. A few days later was my consultation with the doctor. He was very knowledgeable and provided tons of information. Every question I had written down he answered before I could even ask. After hanging up Kaylee gave me a call back with quotes and although I wasn’t sure and told her I had one more consultation, she told me to take my time and gave me her cell number to text if I had additional questions. I slept on it and something told me this place was it. I called back the next day and said let’s do it. I made my deposit and scheduled all of my appointments. As soon as I hung up I got an email with all the paperwork and text messages with all of my appts. As the days drew closer I would receive calls from the office staff. I spoke with Meagan a few days before surgery to confirm and go over everything. Nicole called to make sure I was prepared and had all my paperwork in. Kaylee always answered my text messages in a timely manner. Everyone was just so kind. I was initially a little nervous. However, when I arrived as soon as I walked in Nicole and Kaylee greeted me and told me how nice it was to finally meet me. All my nerves went right away. Meagan prepped me for the OR and we had an amazing conversation. Mr. Albert answered all my anesthesia questions. Then Dr. Gusching came in and got me prepared. He made me feel very comfortable and I knew I was in good hands. When I woke up in went over to recovery all of the staff came in to check on me and to make sure I was comfortable, answered any questions, and kept me abreast on my driver. I wasn’t in a lot of pain; it just felt like I did a million crunches, lol. Last night Dr.Gusching answered questions i had when i got home and made sure i was doing well. Today I went in for my follow up and met Bailey who was awesome as well. Dr. Gusching let me know I was healing up well and he sucked out a nice liter of fat!!!! Oh and about that third consult, I canceled got my money back almost three weeks later. I still received a phone call the day before what would’ve been the consultation to confirm the appointment. I had to remind the lady I canceled almost a month prior. I’m so happy I went with Reflections. If you’re still looking, don’t waste your time. THIS is the right place. The staff is amazing and Dr. Gusching truly cares about his patients and his work! I wish I could give more stars!

I have been so pleased with Dr. G. He is vey personal and understands everything. I was so nervous on surgery day as I cold ot have anyone in the waiting room. He picks the best of the best when it comes to staff. They literally answered every question for me and I had man nerves and a low pain tolerance. Thank you Dr. G and staff! You yes are amazing!
