In Aug. 2020, I thought it would be a good idea to finally get the breasts I've always wanted. I decided to go with Dr. Rao and get a breast lift w/implants. Getting to the surgery day - the reception/communication by both the Dr. and office help was awful. For example a few months after surgery my right breast was not dropping into place, and the Dr. voiced no concern/advice. After numerous attempts to follow up/schedule a revision surgery - several appointments were rescheduled or missed altogether. My right breast is still sitting inches above my left side - the mismatch is completely visible in a shirt. I've ended up scheduling a breast revision with a different professional surgeon. I would recommend going with a surgeon who cares about their work and leaving their patients happy.
