Donna knows how to expertly handle a variety of medical situations. She turned her professionalism to the area of Aesthetic Medicine seven years ago and has continued to increase her medical knowledge gaining extensive training and certifications in BOTOX, dermal filler injections, and Cosmetic Lasers including IPL, Fraxel and Laser Hair Removal. Since 2009, she has enjoyed working with the professional and positive staff at Radiance Medspa to help clients love the way they look and feel. She particularly admires the results from BOTOX and Juvéderm injections, which offer significant and speedy results. Donna holds a B.S. in Nursing, a B.S. in Business Administration and an M.S. in Nursing and is a member of the American Association of Medical Esthetic Professionals. She is also one of a select group of medical aesthetic professionals who holds a Medical Aesthetic Professional Certification from the American Association of Medical Esthetic Professionals.

After earning a B.S. in Nursing and an M.S. as a Family Nurse Practitioner from University of South Florida, she began her career working in emergency medicine and has practiced aesthetics for the past 11 years. Joanne’s drive to help people with their health started early. Her expertise is vast; she utilizes fillers, injectables and volumizers to achieve dramatic, true-to-self results for her clients and particularly loves the way lasers can provide a three-dimensional renewal of the face. Always staying up- to-date on the latest advancements in aesthetics and anti-aging, Joanne is a state certified laser technician in laser hair removal, hyperpigmentation removal, vein therapy, scar revisions and skin tightening. She holds professional affiliations with organizations including the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Dermatology Nurses Association and American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.

Although she was born in Michigan, Medical Aesthetician Linda Rhodes grew up right here in Belleair Beach. After attending St. Pete College and the American Institute of Beauty, Linda, who has been in the industry for more than 10 years, served as a medical assistant to a board certified plastic surgeon. She earned certifications in a multitude of treatments, such as microneedling, ultherapy and dermaplaning as well as certification from SkinMedica. Linda was called to the field of beautifying and caring for others when she saw her terminally ill mother’s spirits rise each time she did her makeup or treated her to a massage. Her sense of purpose fits right in with the friendly staff and team spirit that welcomed her at Radiance Medspa where she loves to help clients change their skin through effective treatments, especially with Peels. And for her personal enhancement, Linda appreciates the instant results of injectables.

Hailing from New York, Eliza Kendt knew at a young age that helping people look their best was her calling. Watching a childhood friend go through the experience of having laser treatments to remove a birthmark on her face and witnessing the increase in her confidence only crystalized Eliza’s passion. At Radiance Medspa, she is thrilled to have the opportunity to help patients feel more beautiful and self-assured every day, especially when it comes to the immediately gratifying effects of dermal fillers that can really make people’s eyes light up. When not practicing her aesthetic skills at Radiance, Eliza enjoys traveling and can reel off a long roster of exciting and exotic places she has already visited, although she’s looking forward to extending that list. Closer to home, she’ll spend time with family and friends outdoors (wearing sunblock, of course) at concerts, festivals, sporting events and, naturally, the beach.

Alexa Kurish always had a passion for making people look and feel good about themselves, so she attended cosmetology school straight from high school. From her early days as a hair stylist to managing a beauty supply store and working as a beauty industry educator, Alexa did not veer from her path. Transitioning to the world of medical aesthetics proved to be her exciting next step. In her position as Skin Care Concierge, Alexa enjoys the thrill she sees on the faces of Radiance Medspa clients, and she personally appreciates the lip-pluming effects of Juvéderm Volbella as well as the slenderizing results of SculpSure. Hailing from Pennsylvania, it’s no surprise that she loves to spend her leisure time at the beach now that she’s living in the sunshine state. And when her toes aren’t in the sand, Alexa can be found expanding her culinary horizons by sampling fare from around the world.

Behind the incredible Radiance Medspa staff stands Owner and Director Stephanie Schlageter, a former Research and Development Engineer for a medical device company with a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering. Stephanie runs the business and also meets with each of the medspa’s new clients for a thorough one-on-one complimentary consultation before a treatment plan is developed. It is her insistence that all clients receive only the most appropriate treatments for their individual needs. With a strong focus on training, certification, licensing and experience, Radiance Medspa has won several professional awards including being honored as being one of only 200 Black Diamond Award winners in the United States and the sole winner from Pinellas County for BOTOX and Juvéderm.
