My favorite treatments were Cryotherapy, red-light therapy, and contrast therapy. I always get the best treatment at PUR-FORM! I first learned about Dr. Purita when I was having trouble with my knees. I had the max-stem procedure, and now I can do everything I want to do again! Everyone at the office is always so kind and helpful, and they are also knowledgeable about all of the treatments.

My experience with Emily and PUR-FORM was better than I could have imagined. I'm 57 years old and the extent of my cosmetic treatments was Botox every couple of years. I had not had any experience with fillers of any kind in the past and to be honest, I've seen so many results that were less than desirable, I was fairly certain I would never do it myself. After meeting Emily I was intrigued by her philosophy and approach to cosmetic treatments and it mirrored how I view health in general. She spent time getting to know me, understanding what was important to me and why I was interested in the changes. I am not well versed on procedures so after telling Emily what was bothering me most, she took the time to explain how we could approach my treatments. The one word she kept saying over and over again, "subtle", ensured that she heard me. She reminded me that we can always add. Taking away is not possible and that less is more. Two main areas of concern and a secondary concern were addressed. I noticed as I've aged, my top lip disappears when I smile or laugh. I didn't want fillers in my lips (again nervous about the obvious look of that). Emily suggested a lip flip using botox. It gave me my smile back without the volume of fillers. The procedure was on point and I'm very happy with the results. The next area of concern was the loss of definition in my cheeks and the marionette lines around my mouth. Emily spent a great deal of time on my cheeks using Voluma, stopping and starting, adjusting her angle and making sure they were balanced and natural looking. The marionette lines were softened with Restalyne Refyne and the shape of my face has been restored to how I remember it to be in my mid-40's when I felt I looked my absolute best. I am over the moon excited about the results. I look like I returned well rested from vacation, rather than looking like I just returned from having cosmetic procedures. The PUR-FORM clinic, support staff and Emily made sure I had the bespoke, customized experience I was looking for and the natural look I was hoping to achieve.

I've had 3 Morpheus treatments so far and Emily and MJ have been amazing. They both explain things in details that are easy to understand. They review the before and after care required when getting Morpheus treatments. I'm always relaxed and know that my skin is in great "hands" with Emily. I highly recommend Pur-Form when considering any of the treatments they offer.

Emily performed the PRF facial on me at the end of May, 2023. The facility is spotless and the staff is extremely professional. They took all the precautions prior to the procedure. They prepped my skin properly, and they explained every step along the way. Emily is very knowledgeable in her field. When the treatment was over I was sent off with supplements and creams to reduce any side effects. I was slightly swollen the next day. That is all. As the days pass, I see noticeable difference in my skin. It is starting to take on a younger more glowing look. I am extremely happy and intend to have this procedure done again. annie lowry

I've been going to Emily for Botox in my forehead for wrinkle reduction and in my masseters for TMJ and it has helped me SO much! I recently started doing Morpheus8 and PRP/Biofiller and am obsessed with the results as well. I like to maintain a very natural look and she always listens and executes perfectly. I'm getting married soon and trust her fully for my aesthetics needs leading up to the wedding.
