My experience at CEVRE HOSPITAL was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I arrived on the 2nd of May, everything seemed to go wrong. Instead of being taken to a hotel as expected, I was whisked directly to the hospital in a less-than-ideal family car. The chaos continued as I discovered my surgery was scheduled for the wrong date, despite confirming multiple times with Zaid, who seemed clueless about everything. The coordinator's rude insistence on proceeding with the surgery on the 3rd of May, despite my objections and prior arrangements, was infuriating. The accommodation situation was a disaster – no hotel was booked, and I ended up in a shabby motel. Consultation times were not given, and upon arrival at the hospital, the coordinator's attitude towards my concerns was appalling. Even worse, Dr. Duran, whom I hadn't originally planned to see, seemed confused about my procedures and suggested waiting 1.5 years for nose surgery, contrary to prior approvals. Throughout the ordeal, there was a constant barrage of additional charges and misinformation, from unexpected fees for dissolving filler to being forced to extend my stay due to the doctor's unavailability. The hospital room itself was subpar, with malfunctioning blinds and unhelpful nurses. Outside, staff smoking aggravated my asthma, while inside, I was left unbathed and ignored. Communication was abysmal, with aftercare promises unfulfilled and attempts to reach out through Instagram resulting in empty apologies. Zaid's unprofessionalism, from sharing personal business to misinformation about appointments, only added to the frustration. The final straw came when my cast removal appointment was botched, leaving me stranded and ultimately ignored. In summary, CEVRE HOSPITAL's incompetence, misinformation, and lack of professionalism turned what should have been a simple surgery into a nightmare of errors and neglect. Avoid at all costs.

Inpatient stay was ok, but plastic surgery work is so poor. Needs fixing. A friend recommended the plastic surgeon and hospital, and now I have to pay to fix everything. Horrible results. Don't believe the photos they send of their work. It's all fake. One year postop, and everything needs a revision. They just want your money and will hustle you until you have surgery. Afterwards, they don't respond or tell you that you are beautiful. Don't go here!
