Overall: I'm grateful to have discovered Pollard Plastic Surgery through some research and exploring. My experience with them was absolutely positive, even encountering some challenges in my treatment with coolsculpting that the staff and admin handled professionally and compassionately. The details: The office is beautiful, comfortable waiting room and exam rooms. The staff are friendly and met all my needs throughout the process. While I had done my due diligence with research, I felt that questions and concerns were warmly welcomed and met with knowledgeable responses. They kept in touch with me, reaching out post-procedure multiple times. The treatment: The most important part: I am very pleased with the results of the treatment! Making this decision to change and invest in something I wasn't happy with about my physical self inspired me. I made changes in my life around eating habits and exercise. I feel that this multi-pronged approach made a huge difference in my results. Being taken care by the staff at Pollard in such a kind and nonjudgmental way really helped erase the (irrational) shame I felt about having the procedure done and definitely played a role in me feeling empowered to make these changes. I had originally purchased two sessions, however, with the guidance of a coolsculpting representative, I was told that a second treatment may result in unsatisfactory results due to the great success of the first treatment. Basically, there just wasn’t much to work with. This part of the experience was the most meaningful to me. The staff were concerned, they put things on pause and pulled in another professional from the company to come in to exam me to offer her opinion. They made my needs their absolute most important priority. I was offered other options, however, I decided to just be happy with the incredible results and amazing experience. Within a few days I received a full refund for the session I decided not to complete.
