Gave me better than what I expected while still looking natural!

Dr. Ary Krau is amazing! I have had 2 surgeries with him, one for breast implants (2017) and one for a rhinoplasty (2024). Both times were smooth with no complications. From his professional staff to his expertise I am more than satisfied, especially with how he gave me better than what I expected while still looking natural! I highly recommend him.

The surgical procedure itself was executed with precision, and the results exceeded my expectations

I recently underwent a breast reduction surgery performed by Dr. Krau and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Wonderful experience - love the shape of my boobs

I love Dr.Krau and his NP!!! I did a breast reduction October of 2021 and had some complications with my right nipple. Not of any fault of the Dr. I knew it was a possibility due to the size of my breast. It wasn’t necrotic but I did loose the superficial layer of nipple skin. Which the color still hasn’t come back. Him and his staff baby sat my incisions while they healed for an add...

Q: Why are my implants sticking out and changing shape? 3 years post silicone moderate + 495 smooth implants with a lollipop lift.
Answered by Dr. KrauFebruary 11, 2018

A: It is unlikely that your implants are ruptured. you have visible ripples or "knuckles" of your implants.  This is seen most often with either saline or textured implants, and when implants are above the muscle.  Sometimes capsular contracture can cause this but I doubt that is the case with you as you show a similar knuckle on your left where the breast looks looser.

Q: Hematoma developed after my BA and lift 5 weeks post-op. What other complications should I expect?
Answered by Dr. KrauJuly 15, 2017

A: It is unusual to develop a hematoma this late out, but not impossible.  They can occur.  Your plastic surgeon treated it appropriately.  You should be at no additional risk for any other complications.

Good luck,

Q: Can I have an "Internal Bra" procedure done with large implants? (Photo)
Answered by Dr. KrauFebruary 19, 2017

A: You do have some asymmetry with your right breast a bit lower than your left.  This may be due to just normal asymmetry that you had preop or you, indeed, bottomed out.  Hard to say from your photos, but I suspect the former.  Regardless, the decision for revision should be based on whether this asymmetry bothers you.  Clearly smaller lighter implants may stretch you out less.  However, this may not be desirable as you may prefer the larger volume.  Internal bra procedures will not work in your case.  You will require internal soft tissue support.  This can be achieved with the use of ADM, or  mesh which I prefer.

Good luck,

Q: How long for Breakdown at T-zone to heal after a lift and breast augmentation? (photos)
Answered by Dr. KrauJuly 4, 2016

A: I would not use topical antibiotics here.  Try Medihoney Paste.  It should heal over next few weeks.
Good luck,

Q: Is 360cc silicone too big for my frame? I'm 5'3 & 135lbs.
Answered by Dr. KrauMarch 18, 2016

A: Picking implant size is strictly the women's decision as long as the width of the women's breast can accommodate the implant width.  However, implants with the same cc's come in different profiles with different widths.  I have yet to see a patient in whom a 360 cc implant would not fit.
Good luck,
