A: Hi!
What a fantastic question! Thank you for taking the time to ask!
A mommy makeover will normally take you about 2 weeks to recover. If your primary concern is being able to sit up to a desk I would suggest about 4-5 weeks before you go back to work. In regards to any physical activity, I would suggest about 6-7 weeks dependent on your recovery process.
As always, I highly recommend that you speak with a plastic surgeon who is board-certified in your local area. Having an evaluation with a plastic surgeon can always provide you with a sense of comfort. I also recommend plastic surgery online communities to make sure that you are making the right decision.
Please let me know how your journey turned out!!
A: The overall shape of the nose plays an important role in how you look. You have a nice long slender face with a slightly long face. There is no break of the supratip. When one does an open rhinoplasty there is a technique of sweeping the muscles of the upper lip downward and thus avoiding the severe changes that occur with smiling. You need to find an experience Rhinoplastic surgeon who understands that. Look at similar patients that they did and see if you like the improvement.
A: You need skin excision. I would not tighten the diastasis recti. The skin excision will get rid of the flaccid skin and the scar will be hidden by underwear. The umbilicus stays the same location, the skin above it rotates downward.
A: How does your breasts look when you raise your arms above your head. The muscle may simply be in spasm, or they are being pushed up because the pocket needs to be expanded for the lower pole.
A: Two questions: did you have a normal pre-op mammogram? Did you have a hematoma (alot of bruising on that side). This may be just a local problem, of old blood oozing out of a small area. Take a photo and resubmit your question
