Office review: Needed to change my breast implants and my insurance covers the removal
don’t really know where to start. These were the worst from the very start. I needed to change my breast implants and my insurance covers the removal but not the new implants. The first very rude person I had to deal was Vanessa. During a phone call, I was trying to explain that I had spoken with the insurance and they told me they approved my first visit with the surgeon. Instead of listening to what I had to say, she kept yelling over and over ”YOU ARE WRONG, YOU ARE WRONG!”
