I had been looking for a medical spa for a little while for dermaplaning and hydrafacials and found Pelle in Manchester. It is beautiful inside, the staff are professional and after my dermaplane and hydrafacial procedure my skin was absolutely glowing. The effects are still visible two weeks out and Jenn was so amazing to work with - she's passionate about her job and explains everything she's doing thoroughly - and tells you realistically what to expect! I've been seeing Sophia for less than a year and my acne has already dramatically decreased. This is the best my skin has looked since I was a pre-teen! After being on Accutane for a couple months and stopping due to the side effects, I was worried my cystic acne would never go away. Sophia is super personable and knowledgeable, and even has been able to fit me in last minute when I get a breakout before a special event. I regret not seeing her sooner!

After a 58lb weight loss I made my decision to get the Vanquish treatment to try to get rid of the belly that I couldn't get rid of. I did six weeks of treatment. Here are my before and after pics, 6 weeks after final treatment. I am happy with the results, as I did appear to lose an inch or two and did drop a pant size. No more weight loss, which was fine by me. I think what I have left is excess skin..but I'm not sure I'm going to do anything about it.
