My experience with Dr. Hagen and his team at Omni Cosmetic was beyond exceptional. Dr. Hagen and his entire team have been amazing in my care from start to finish. Dr. Hagen and his staff were professional and helpful every step of the way.    Dr. Hagen was very thorough and honest during my initial consultation. He is very personable with a very caring demeanor.  He took the time to listen and answer my questions and concerns. I never felt rushed and he made me feel more at ease with the procedure. The surgery went well and the post operative care was wonderful. Dr. Hagen and his team took the time to check on my progress and answer any questions or concerns I had post-op. I am very pleased with  Dr. Hagens work.  The results of my deep plane facelift, lateral temporal lift and neck lift exceeded my expectations. Dr. Hagen is a highly skilled surgeon who is very meticulous about his work.  I would recommend Dr. Hagen to anyone looking to have facial plastic surgery.  You will not be disappointed.

Dr Rolfes did my rhinoplasty in 2023. And a revision in 2024, this was due to not being able to fully breathe out of one of my nostrils. 2025 still not able to breathe 100% out of my nostril and aesthetics of my nose are just ok. If you are a female (not doing a FFS) I would recommend going elsewhere for females looking for customization of rhino

I had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Hagen, and from the very beginning, my experience was excellent. Before the surgery, he took the time to explain everything in detail, show me what to expect, and made me feel completely confident in the process. The care and attention at the clinic from all the staff were of the highest quality, and the recovery was much faster than I imagined. I am very happy with the results—my confidence has grown significantly, and I feel much better about my appearance. Dr. Hagen has been extremely professional in every follow-up, always warm, supportive, and attentive. He is truly an excellent doctor who knows exactly what he is doing. I had the privilege of Dr. Hagen’s services for a deep plane face lift and neck lift. I felt my care was exceptional from start to finish and I could not be happier with the experience and results. Dr. Hagen is a warm, kind, attentive, and skilled plastic surgeon who listened to me with great attention and provided in depth information about the procedure from preparation, to surgery, to aftercare. Dr. Hagen creates a comforting environment and maintains fabulous communication. Following the procedure, there were weekly, then monthly office visits. At each visit, he was impressively responsive to my questions and concerns. He took photographs to document the process and provided any additional minimal care I needed. Dr. Hagen is always positive with a sincere smile and demeanor. He is clearly a fine human being aside from being a talented surgeon. I am thankful for Dr. Hagen’s surgical knowledge and skill and ability to clarify the procedure in great detail in a manner understandable to a lay person. The procedure went as described. I experienced minor discomfort for a few days, but no actual pain. Following the procedure Dr. Hagen maintained regular contact and has helped me understand every aspect of the healing process, which was tremendously comforting. This helped minimize concerns for what might have been a stressful situation without such guidance. It has been a year since my surgery and Dr. Hagan continues to maintain our doctor-patient relationship, providing compassionate expertise much longer than is normally expected of a surgeon. I feel wonderful about the results of my procedures; people complement my natural youthful visage in the absence of any noticeable evidence of any procedure. I am very happy with my good fortune to find Dr. Hagen. I am extremely happy with Dr. Hagen and whole heartedly with great surety recommend Dr. Hagen. Should my future include a procedure, I will see Dr. Hagen.

An outstanding experience and result. I consulted with Dr. Hagen as I wanted to look more refreshed and tighten some things up. From the very first meeting, I felt very comfortable with him and his recommendations. He suggested a revision deep plane facelift and neck lift with lateral temporal lift. Of course, after leaving this consultation, I did have additional questions; he was always so responsive and patient and helped to make me feel comfortable with everything so that I made the decision to go ahead with the procedures. I also decided to add laser skin resurfacing to the "list". I figured I was going under anyway and would be hiding out for a while, so why not. No surprises post-op and, until my first face-to-face visit post-op, Dr. Hagen and his office touched base with my several times to make sure I was "okay". I am thrilled with my results. More importantly, it is not obvious that I had work done -- I just look "better". People remark at how great I look. I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Hagen -- his work is exceptional, his patience and concern for his patients is outstanding.

I lost 160 lbs 9 years ago. I had a lot of extra skin/fat on my thighs that I wanted gone. I did my consult with Dr. B and his team and right away I knew I was going to move forward with my procedure. Walking into a room of strangers and exposing your body that you once neglected is a pretty uncomfortable situation. However, they did an awesome job of making that situation more comfortable. From the beginning it was clear that Dr. B is in this profession for the right reasons. I never once felt judged or rushed. The feeling I got from Dr. B was that he genuinely wants you to feel comfort within your own skin! He was great at explaining/educating me! He's very knowledgeable! Dr. B and the team are incredibly thorough about your health history and making sure you are a safe candidate. Safety is obviously very important to them! As for my results, I am very happy with my new legs! The ability to wear a pair of shorts in public has not been an option for me since I was probably 12 years old. My goals were, wear a pair of shorts confidently, ability to do my workouts properly and be able to swim better! Dr. B gave that back to me and helped me reach those goals. I healed nicely, my workouts are a lot easier, I wore shorts in public and I even raced my son in the pool! That is a huge victory! I highly recommend Dr. B and his team! I will be coming back to do my tummy next!

My first awareness of Dr Rolfes was seeing two of my clients who I knew both pre and post-op. I marveled at what beautiful work this doctor had done and immediately got his name, and knew he was the person for me! I work with the trans community, so I like to spread the word on what a great surgeon he is and have referred several people to him already some of which are post-op now and just had amazing results! some even better than mine. Like has been said in other reviews, he does not make you look like a bimbo or a cookie cutter face but he takes your natural features and enhances them to what you would probably look like if you were born a beautiful female. When I had my consult, I had ideas of what I wanted, but he also brought up different suggestions, and if you see him please be open-minded to listen to what he has to say he has very very good judgment. On a few of the procedures I told him to go ahead and use his best judgment.... and couldn't be happier. Aside from the doctor though, he also has a staff of people around him that are all very friendly, and by the time you get done with your follow-ups etc you feel like you're part of a family! I cannot talk highly enough about him, and if you are trying to decide between Dr Rolfes and one of the big name surgeons on either Coast, I think you owe it to yourself to at least check Dr Rolfes out. I really have the feeling that in the next several years when people talk about the top three or four surgeons for facial feminization, it will constantly include Dr Rolfes' name. The only downside I could think of is that people are sick of hearing me tell them how damn the adorable I am. Not because I'm conceded or anything.... it had nothing to do with me it had everything to do with the doctor.

Addressing my review chronologically, Dr. B and the team were fantastic: 1/Consultation: Patient Coordinator, Tiffany was incredibly relatable and answered my many questions with full transparency. My experience with surgery of any kind to date was having wisdom teeth pulled as a teen, so this was uncharted territory. Tiffany was so informative and by the time Dr. B joined a lot of my initial questions were answered. At our check in prior to surgery I of course thought of about 100 more questions. Never once did I feel rushed to talk through it with Dr. B or Tiffany which helped calm nerves. 2/Procedure: Tummy tuck and breast lift - After 3 kids there are certain things that won't get back to version 1 or close to it without a professional. Both procedures went great and I'm so happy with the results. The downtime is a good few weeks but it goes fast. 3/Postcare: The entire Omni team, including Dr. B presented themselves as highly available with any questions or concerns post surgery. Luckily I had no issues, but I did have questions that came up. Every time I emailed the nurses alias I had a response within 10 minutes, often less. That kind of service and response is rare. Very well done, Omni team and Dr. B!
