I underwent a deep plane facelift and neck lift, along with a temporal brow lift and fat transfer with Dr. Hagen, and I could not be happier with my results and the experience overall. Dr. Hagen’s work is pure artistry. I never imagined my results could look this natural and they exceeded every expectation I had. His eye for detail and balance is remarkable, and I’m so appreciative of the time and care he took with me and my procedure. I recently had a deep plane face and neck lift, lateral temporal browlift, and laser resurfacing at Omni Cosmetics by Dr. Mitchell Hagen. Dr. Hagen did an outstanding job. Dr Rolfes did my rhinoplasty in 2023. And a revision in 2024, this was due to not being able to fully breathe out of one of my nostrils. 2025 still not able to breathe 100% out of my nostril and aesthetics of my nose are just ok. If you are a female (not doing a FFS) I would recommend going elsewhere for females looking for customization of rhino

I had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Hagen, and from the very beginning, my experience was excellent. Before the surgery, he took the time to explain everything in detail, show me what to expect, and made me feel completely confident in the process. The care and attention at the clinic from all the staff were of the highest quality, and the recovery was much faster than I imagined. An outstanding experience and result. I consulted with Dr. Hagen as I wanted to look more refreshed and tighten some things up. From the very first meeting, I felt very comfortable with him and his recommendations. He suggested a revision deep plane facelift and neck lift with lateral temporal lift. Of course, after leaving this consultation, I did have additional questions; he was always so responsive and patient and helped to make me feel comfortable with everything so that I made the decision to go ahead with the procedures. I also decided to add laser skin resurfacing to the "list". I figured I was going under anyway and would be hiding out for a while, so why not. No surprises post-op and, until my first face-to-face visit post-op, Dr. Hagen and his office touched base with my several times to make sure I was "okay". I am thrilled with my results. More importantly, it is not obvious that I had work done -- I just look "better". People remark at how great I look. I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Hagen -- his work is exceptional, his patience and concern for his patients is outstanding.

My first awareness of Dr Rolfes was seeing two of my clients who I knew both pre and post-op. I marveled at what beautiful work this doctor had done and immediately got his name, and knew he was the person for me! I work with the trans community, so I like to spread the word on what a great surgeon he is and have referred several people to him already some of which are post-op now and just had amazing results! some even better than mine. Like has been said in other reviews, he does not make you look like a bimbo or a cookie cutter face but he takes your natural features and enhances them to what you would probably look like if you were born a beautiful female. When I had my consult, I had ideas of what I wanted, but he also brought up different suggestions, and if you see him please be open-minded to listen to what he has to say he has very very good judgment. On a few of the procedures I told him to go ahead and use his best judgment.... and couldn't be happier. Aside from the doctor though, he also has a staff of people around him that are all very friendly, and by the time you get done with your follow-ups etc you feel like you're part of a family! I cannot talk highly enough about him, and if you are trying to decide between Dr Rolfes and one of the big name surgeons on either Coast, I think you owe it to yourself to at least check Dr Rolfes out. I really have the feeling that in the next several years when people talk about the top three or four surgeons for facial feminization, it will constantly include Dr Rolfes' name. The only downside I could think of is that people are sick of hearing me tell them how damn the adorable I am. Not because I'm conceded or anything.... it had nothing to do with me it had everything to do with the doctor.
