I was nervous about Vivace, though I had previously had Venus radio frequency and regular microneedling. The procedure didn't hurt much. I was numbed up well, but also have a high threshold for needles. I definitely had the grid marks for a couple weeks, but when they went away my skin was as smooth as a baby's butt, and people saw a real difference. I had one treatment done on three areas (face, neck and decollete), and I also saw improvement. Alas, I have heard different medical opinions about radio frequency and neck area, and because I have low thyroid, i don't want to chance another neck treatment. I would definitely have another treatment on my face and décolleté when I can afford it.
