Botox
Scars, Bad Botox results and 0 accountability. I had botox by Dr Klien that never resulted in reduction of movement. I also had age spot removal from a PA in her office that left me with significant scars. I paid cash for both of these (~$2000) to only later get a $145 bill which I called to dispute as I had scars. I then reported to medical board due to scars and she sent the $145 bill to collection after I had called multiple times to complain about getting a bill after paying
