I also had age spot removal from a PA in her office that left me with significant scars. I paid cash for both of these (~$2000) to only later get a $145 bill which I called to dispute as I had scars. I then reported to medical board due to scars and she sent the $145 bill to collection after I had called multiple times to complain about getting a bill after paying $2000 and being left with scars. If anything she should have refunded and offered scar revisions. Terrible morals and 0 accountability. Updated on 4 Feb 2022: def went fast, in and out with the consult and injection in like 10 minutes, clean place and nice people. The results were not the best nor the price but had worse. really not one to write narratives but this is what I can say is I would probably shop more for a med spa then a derm given the price and overall options offered
