Q Is it time for a facelift/neck lift? (Photo)
A Hi, You have mild fullness under your chin, but still have a nice jawline. In order to tuck up the skin and soft tissue centrally, you would benefit from a central deep neck lift. This is not a procedure that all surgeons are proficient at, you I would recommend finding a facial plastic surgeon who specializes in deep plane face and neck lifts for a consultation. Best, MS

Rhinoplasty
Q Will insurance cover my rhinoplasty if I have breathing issues?
A Hi, Unless your surgeon accepts your insurance plan, you would need "out of network" coverage for any functional (breathing) portion of a rhinoplasty. Typically, you would need to pay for the full cost of the surgery and you would get the functional portion paid back to you by the insurance. Best, MS

A Hi, One photograph is usually not sufficient when analyzing the nose; however, in this photograph: 1. you do have a slight up on the bridge 2. the nose plunges significantly with smiling 3. the tip appears a bit round Addressing these areas will certainly add harmony to your other soft features.
