I would give a zero star rating but unfortunately there is no option for that. This is my second time at Nitai medical clinic treated by dr S.S. Absolutely appalled at the of lack professionalism. My appointment was at 10am and I was treated at 10:40am. There were no seats in the waiting area due to ‘moving’. When I had my consultation I was told that my lips were basically ‘botched’ (when they definitely were not) and that my lips basically look ‘abnormal’. Further to this, she stated she is surprised I’ve been walking around like this for so long. Firstly I just want to put it out there, that her tactic to lure customers in is FILTHY. She aims to bring down one’s self esteem to ensure the customers get treated at the clinic. Regardless, stating such profound and nasty things is wrong and unprofessional. There is a difference between honesty and simple rudeness and she was rude! I was informed prior to my treatment (when I enquired online) that my treatment would be $300-400, and that consultation fee would be bulk billed. Now when I was at the clinic, she told me it was $500, undermined her own staff or system by saying ‘they wouldn’t know the actual price due to not knowing what is required specifically’. I still gave the consent to continue because I was trying to put aside my own thoughts and give this clinic a chance. The Dr’s staff member then came to me with an eftpos machine and outlined there would be a $95 consultation fee to which I was completely uninformed about until being there in person. I was told only a portion of this would be bulk-billed. Despite the cost, the dr stated that I may need a few more session to dissolve my filler which I had many years ago in my lips. I’m unsure why one wouldn’t try to give the client their monies worth out of the product? But rather she injects little and makes you come back for more, so she makes a killing from RIPPING people off! I would My issue isn’t the cost, it’s that even when asked, the clinics staff failed to provide me correct information and mislead me. The service was appealing and the price for the treatment was not justifiable given my experience. I can see that the Dr does not care about the patients but rather the best way to make money. If you read the terms and conditions you will notice it outlines if you return for a review after receiving treatment, it will be at your own cost. Normally when one gets Botox or cosmetic treatment, after 2 weeks they will go in for a review. Generally if product placement was not done correctly or if you require more because it didn’t work in the injected areas, you’d get this touched up (within reason of course and pay for anything more that you want) but here the Dr clearly outlines she will charge you. Anything for EXTRA MONEY! Some advice, DONT GO HERE! There are plenty of highly skilled dr’s that will treat you like a human, and not disrespect you or your appearance, and will not charge you an arm and a leg for [RS bleep] and POOR service. The dr speaks so highly of her work, yet I see no accurate reflection of this. Please avoid! This clinic is for the money! Time management is SHOCKING, I’ve actually never seen anything like it and the communication is terrible. Staff appears very young and perhaps inexperienced or just don’t know what professional communication looks like. I am still trying to process the experience. I know there will be a reply to this comment to JUSTIFY the actions that were carried out today. Please save it! For anyone reading this you will see the lower rates reviews outline a similar experience of the dr being money focused rather than client focused and that time management / communication is poor. To the reviews of names that apparently are not patient names, remember that not everyone disclosed their personal name / information and may use an account to remain anonymous. I would trust the raw reviews. For everyone's review, I've posted a picture of my lips PRIOR to seeing dr S and prior to her dissolving the product and then an image after she allegedly dissolved the product. I have included images of being told consultation is fully bulk billed but then in clinic I was charged 95 for the consultation and only received 30 back! Updated on 19 May 2023: Just because I left an honest review she emails me and uses my profession against me. The dr herself should be mindful of her profession. I was well within my rights to express my opinion and the entire time I was at the clinic I was so respectful and nice. She is one shocking dr!

Rude and unprofessional :(( I spent over $4000, not only didn't get any results, but my face got worse... And when i tried to call her, all i've heard- just wait, don't call, it will be ok in 4 month (for a 'lunch time procedure'?!?!)... No support, no results, waste of money. DO NOT GO!! Updated on 16 Jul 2022: For me, the real specialist is not just a person who can handle ‘good’ cases, when everything is going according to the plan; but the person who can handle well and properly when things are not that good… Unfortunately, Shobhna (even as a joke a can call her a ‘doctor’) failed here miserably… I understand, sometimes she performs simple procedures and nature takes care of everything, therefore good reviews… Unfortunately it wasn’t the case with me… After spending over $3,500 on the thread procedure I ended up looking worse than before… But what Shobhna did? NOTHING! Even worse, she made me feel like it is my fault. All the conversations she was recording, and of course you sign all sorts of wavers before you start. But when a 57 years old woman grimacing to you and doing all sort of gestures to show how she discussed with you (because you are causing her trouble and procedure didn’t go as planned because she has a bad day)- it is NOT a sight to see. Never before and I hope never again I witnessed such a poor, childish performance, because she was afraid to admit she has done something wrong… So when I listed all my concerns about my face to her and she finished her silent ‘performance’, she just said- “the procedure is not permanent, after a couple of years you will return to you origin state…” So just to let you know , where is a ‘real’ side of a smooth sales woman. BEWARE!!!
