Let me start off by saying I was thoroughly excited to go to A New You Asthetics because I had won a free facial and was excited to redeem it. I spoke with Shannon on the phone, who was very pleasant. She answered all my questions and reassured me that the hydrafacial I won, would not be too harsh on me. This made me feel so relieved because I have such sensitive skin.The day that went in for my facial, i showed up about 20 minutes early. I walked in to the office and nobody was there at the recpeptionist ro greet me. I waited patiently. Someone eventually showed up. I asked for Shannon and they said she wasnt there. I Asked if it were possible for me to reschedule so I could see her because we had such a good rapport together. I was shocked that they informed me that she was gone due to her having an emergency and had to leave the company. This was an indication of how things could turn out. Needless to say, I havent redeemed the coupon. I dont care that I was going to get a free facial for myself, ut the customer service was such a horrible experience that I chose to leave and havent gone back yet.
