Thank you for your photos and question.  There may still be an element of swelling contributing to the irregularities underneath your chin that may still resolve with time.  But, either way, I understand wanting to address it before your big event celebrating your wedding anniversary.  There are a few minimally invasive modalities that may help - such as fillers to improve the volume contour defects, or even some localized liposuction to improve that bump if it happens to be fat.  Devices to improve the scar can be certain lasers or even microneedling to help soften the area.  I hope this helps and best wishes to you!

Thank you for your question!  This is a question that I get quite often.  There are many different ways and approaches to facelifts that produce great results.   What matters more, though, is that the surgeon that you do choose is extremely competent at facelift surgery and does a technique that he/she is comfortable with and provides natural and long-lasting results.  This can likely be judged by assessing their before and after photos and ensuring that you like their work and aesthetic.  If done correctly, the incisions were be hidden within creases and barely perceptible.  I hope this helps and best wishes!

Thank you for your question and photos!  Based on the photos, it does appear that you can benefit from a mini-facelift.  This essentially will lift up the structure and foundation of your anatomy that has started to droop with time and gravity.  The difference between a mini-facelift and a regular lower facelift is just the amount of work and lifting that is needed for each patient.  Additionally, the incisions and downtime is usually less for a mini-facelift.  A good facelift should truly last several years while still appearing completely natural.  Fillers are a great option to help camouflage the signs of gravity and aging but certain areas (i.e. jowls) are best served with a more surgical procedure.  I hope this helps!
