I had a poor experience with this medspa. After hours of waiting, I was finally shown to a room. Injection technician and her assistants nearly scared me into not getting the injections I wanted. I chose to move forward, and came back a week later as I had lumps and unevenness in my lips that was very noticeable. On my return, the technician claimed she 'did not see what I was talking about, and stated she refused to do any more and I could have my old lips back!!!" When asking
