CLAIM YOUR PROFILEI had a poor experience with this medspa. After hours of waiting, I was finally shown to a room. Injection technician and her assistants nearly scared me into not getting the injections I wanted. I chose to move forward, and came back a week later as I had lumps and unevenness in my lips that was very noticeable. On my return, the technician claimed she 'did not see what I was talking about, and stated she refused to do any more and I could have my old lips back!!!" When asking her to fix what was obviously a poor job, she acted put out, and did it - I was now feeling intimidated, asked to pay additional money to fix this, and left! I was so upset about this treatment, I wrote to the manager in detail. NO RESPONSE. This place just wants to take your money, and do not care about their patient's experience. AVOID, unless you want to wait hours for shoddy care.
