Q How can I treat these dark spots on my super pale lips? (Photo)
A

Hello Plucky264619,
The hyperpigmentation on your lips can usually be lightened or even removed completely by a picosecond laser, such as PicoWay, when used by a trained professional. It will likely take a few sessions to achieve the desired result. Hope this helps!

Botox
Q Is there a treatment to get rid of the fat stores at the corners of my mouth or can Botox be used to lift my smile? (photos)
A

Hello there. To achieve a more upturn smile, both Botox and filler can be used. Botox is used to relax the muscles around the mouth that pulls the corners of the lips downwards. Filler can be used to add volume to the corners of the mouth to create a lifting effect. You may want to speak to your injector to get a feel for which (or both) procedure they would want to start with you. Hope this helps!

Dermal Fillers
Q Should I wait until after I lose weight to treat my nasolabial folds? (Photo)
A

Hello there. Yes, I would definitely wait until the weight loss is complete before injecting fillers. Fat will be lost under the skin on the face just like it would in other parts of the body. Injecting fillers once you have achieved your desired weight will allow your injector to inject the right amount of filler into the area. Hope this helps!

Q What will help the crease I get on my chin when my mouth is closed? (Photos)
A

Hello there. The bump in the chin is likely the contraction of your chin muscle (Mentalis muscle). This can be fixed with Botox injection into the muscle to help it relax. If injected properly, it should not interfere with your lips, so don't worry about that. Hope this helps!
